Now called AXECESS JOZI, the mega-festival is guaranteed to deliver one of 2014’s best music events and will see international urban megastar Big Sean take to the stage alongside South Africa’s best talent.

Still to be held on 1 February 2014, the festival will be expanded into a day/night festival and moved to Mary Fitzgerald Square in Newtown, Johannesburg, which will better accommodate the bolstered line-up and, importantly, open up AXECESS JOZI to even more fans. After the amazing response that the announcement of Big Sean coming to South Africa received, loyal fans of the Axe brand will bare witness to the biggest urban music festival in the country.

Chart-topping and award-winning artist, AKA, who is also hosting this year’s prestigious Channel O Awards, featuring Da Les, Pro, Ma E and Maggz will be on the bill bringing you the best of local hip-hop. The star-studded line-up will also feature Khuli Chana as he graces us with his presence at the annual event along with the mightyTeargas who will bring their unique and tremendous sound to the mega-festival. DreamTeam will get the crowd amped up for a day of the best music while Reason, the hip-hop prodigy of South Africa, will wow the audience with his insane skills behind the microphone. All these formidable acts will get everyone up on their feet as they prepare to party hard to Big Sean.
